No Tutoring or SAT/ACT Class Over Spring Break

Fairfax County Public Schools' spring break starts tomorrow, so enjoy the break, but don't forget to study!


As a reminder, and as noted in your syllabus or registration agreement, our offices will be minimally staffed during spring break (Saturday 3/27 through Sunday 4/28). It may take us a bit longer than usual to return your messages. SAT/ACT classes will not be held, and there will be no tutoring held unless you contact us to make arrangements.

Thanksgiving Break Hours

Professional Tutoring will have limited hours and staffing over FCPS Thanksgiving Break: Wednesday, 11/25 - Sunday, 11/29.


There will be no tutoring or SAT/ACT class held during this period. 


Our office will be open on Wednesday, 11/25, from 9am - 6pm.

We will be completely closed Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) through Sunday. We will reopen on Monday, 11/30, at 9am.

Professional Tutoring is Open for Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day Weekend

As a reminder, Professional Tutoring is open for most federal holidays, including Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day, and we will be holding tutoring this Sunday and Monday. All tutoring appointments will be held at their usual times.

COVID-19 Precautions for Fall SAT/ACT Prep Class

For the safety of our students and staff, we are requiring all families to fill out our COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver prior to their first session with us. This waiver asks students to agree to our COVID-19 safety precautions and procedures and includes information on the steps that Professional Tutoring is taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
