 OFFICE HOURS

Professional Tutoring is open for most federal holidays, except those listed below.  If not indicated below, the office is open weekdays and all classes/sessions meet as scheduled. Emails and calls are answered during office hours.

Professional Tutoring does not necessarily close for FCPS Emergency Closings (i.e. weather related events).  Please check our website for announcements.  Additionally, emails will be sent to clients regarding session schedules for Professional Tutoring in the event of school closings or travel concerns.  Clients can also call the office for information.

STAFFED OFFICE HOURS

Mon - Thurs 9:00 am - 6:00 pm,

Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

During the following dates, Professional Tutoring will be closed or have limited staffed hours:

• Labor Day:  Mon. 9/2/19 & Mon. 9/7/20 -- Closed

• Thanksgiving:  Wed. 11/27/19- Sun. 12/1/19 -- Closed Thanksgiving Day, limited staffing at other times

• FCPS Winter Break:  Sat. 12/22/19 - Sun. 1/5/20 -- Closed Christmas and New Year's Day, limited staffing for the rest of Winter Break. Available for tutoring upon request.

• FCPS Spring Break**:  Sat. 4/4/20 - Sun. 4/12/20​ -- Limited staffing, available for tutoring upon request.

• Memorial Day:  Fri. 5/22/20 - Mon. 5/25/20 -- Closed on Memorial Day, limited staffing on Friday.

• 4th of July:  Sat. 7/4/20 - Sun. 7/5/20 -- Closed

​
